We all get stressed out at times. It leads to burnout.

 

Often we get burned out, stressed out and overwhelmed because we allow our life to get out of balance,

 

We focus on one realm of our humanness.

 

Instead we need to be intentional about living a balanced life, a life where we challenge ourselves to grow in every area of our humanness. To live holistically and balanced.


This website is dedicated to this healthy balance approach to holistic living. To de-stress and overcome burnout.

 

We need to recognize that as humans we have many aspects, none more important than any other. Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, Social, or Intellectual.

 

We need to challenge ourselves to grow in all areas to keep ourselves balanced, to keep from getting stressed out, from getting burned out, to keep from getting overwhelmed.  

  

In over twelve years of working as a Master’s level psychologist I have come to realize that there are problems that are common to humans and that they have to do with balance. For example, coping with stress, communication, grieving, negativity, managing anger, are all things we all deal with and can throw us out of balance. As a helper and counselor I have helped people help themselves to find balance and set up programs on wellness to help keep balance, de-stress, avoide burnout and getting overwhelmed.
