Gain peace and balance when you recognize your full humanness

Take charge of challenging yourself to grow in every area.

If you feel burned out chances are your life is out of balance.

Sure you know you have a lot to balance; work, family, friends, but I’m talking about balancing your full humanness, all that makes you human.

Recognize that you are a full human, even if you don’t feel like it right now. You may feel empty, numb or overwhelmed with a particular part of life, but you are a full human.

All humans have a spiritual, social, emotional,  physical and intellectual nature.

Getting out of balance with these part means we focus on some and neglect others. We each tend to have a favorite aspect to focus on.

And when we focus on one area we risk neglecting the others, creating ruts in our thinking and behaving. We stay in these ruts too long we start to burn out, and it’s hard to get out.

You have to challenge yourself to get out of your favorite rut and do something to grow in all areas. This all take deliberate and conscious effort.

These next pages offer you suggestions for challengeing yourelf to grow in each of these areas. Visit each page and let yourself enjoy of the variety you as a human are designed to enjoy.
